Get to know Greg:

Greg Curtis Wakefield is a life potential and leadership coach based in Tucson, Arizona. His desire to find opportunities amid challenges taps into Greg’s extensive background in communication and leadership, empowering individuals and organizations to thrive.

Greg's journey to coaching followed a successful 24-year career in broadcast media, where he captivated audiences as the host of a highly rated morning drive radio show and podcasts. His content perspectives also graced local lifestyle TV programs, establishing him as a trusted voice in the community.

A desire to make greater impact on leaders and their organizations led Greg to transition to the coaching field where he now guides business and nonprofit professionals to cultivate winning cultures and achieve greater successes. He also loves helping individuals lead purpose-driven lives.

Prior to his radio and coaching careers, Greg co-founded and operated Instrumental Music Center, a now nationally recognized music retailer in Arizona. His passion for music not only drove his entrepreneurial endeavors but also placed him in mentorship roles to high school percussion students, while pursuing his own college education.

That educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Arizona, and Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner certifications from iPEC (The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching).

Community involvement remains a driving factor in Greg’s life. He is a mentor for Social Venture Partners Tucson, a member of Greater Tucson Leadership and an Honorary USAF Commander with the 55th Electronic Combat Group Squadron at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base.

Beyond his professional and service pursuits, Greg loves hiking, skiing and traveling the world with his family, as well as playing drums and percussion with local singer-songwriters.

”Change is constant and whether it happens to you or is chosen by you, it can sometimes be hard to know what’s next and how to get there. If you ever feel stuck or uncertain about how to move ahead, let’s talk. I’ve helped numerous clients gain clarity and achieve what they want.”

Greg and his family currently live and play in the unique Sonoran Desert city of Tucson, Arizona. “We love being outside and this climate allows us a ton of opportunities to do that. (Except in the summer, when the sun melts us down like water on a wicked witch.” ;-)
